Once your application and payment have been received, you will be sent a receipt for your records.

Your 10' x 10' space includes entrance to the event for two people. You must bring your own booth, tables and chairs. Electricity can be provided at no extra charge on a limited basis. Telephone lines are not available.

You may sell pre-prepared foods and non-alcoholic drinks only. Animals are allowed as long as they are on a leash and you will be responsible for cleaning up after them. You are not restricted to one type of material in your booth, however, we do ask that you remember that this is a family event and there will be children present. There can be no pornographic material or open flames. This does not preclude from selling adult Pagan items. You just have to be discrete.

General set-up begins at 8 AM Saturday morning and all vendors must have their space cleaned up no later than 6 PM Saturday evening. We are available if you want to begin your setup Friday evening from 5 - 7 PM.

Payment by money order or cash: $40.00
Checks, credit cards, or PayPal: $45.00

Agreement

If accepted, I agree:

To accept all liability for any damage caused by the operation of my table, including the sale of all products or services occurring at such table; and, I expressly relieve CAST and the North Charleston Department of Recreation of any liability that it may have by reason of the operation of my table.

To comply with all the conditions as outlined in the Pagan Unity Day Application and regulations put forth by the North Charleston Department of Recreation.

Your application will be reviewed by the vendor/reader committee. Upon approval, you will be sent an e-mail with payment options.
