The Board met on 1/20/10 at C.A.S.T. Central.

We met at MJ's at 6:30 pm. MJ will take care of the $ for Bob. A thank you will be sent to Richard & Stephon for their wonderful help. We will look into having a CAST gathering at McAlister's, a restaurant in Tanger Outlet. PUD is 11/13 and Iris will reserve the Armory and give them the fee. MJ and Casey will meet Monday to get Casey on the bank account. Susan and Dave will price canopy-tents and a canvas banner, and will look into rental prices of tables and chairs for PUD. Bob has offered to store the stuff for the Pagan Food Bank. Admission to PUD will be by donations (Cash, non-perishables, etc) and all food gathered will go to the Pagan Food Bank. We would appreciate any donations of nice items for door prizes for PUD. MJ is working on a possible Yule party on board the harbor Cruise ship. MJ suggested a fundraiser : a psychic fair and yard sale, possibly in April. She will ask Lance and Laura if it could be held at the Lodge due to the space. We will be getting a Post Office box in order to take MJ's address off anything to do with C.A.S.T. We will also be going back to using Paypal. PDC West Ashley is now being held at Krispy Kreme on Savannah Highway, 6-10 pm. We will all need to be more actively involved in the promotion and advertising for this year's PUD.
